ASSEMBLY

NOTE: Remove tractor bolt (A) from under the foot rest

pad as shown.

Remove tractor bolt (B) from underneath the foot rest.

Keep the bolts in a safe place for future installation.

Install handle support (item 4).

5/16’’n.c. x 1 1/2’’

Insert as shown.

2 Flat washer Install as shown on

bolt.

3 Sleeve Insert on the bolt as

shown. *

4 Handle support Insert on the bolt as

shown

5 Flange nut

5/16’’ n.c.

Do not tighten.

NOTE: Tighten firmly all the nuts. Put the pad of the

foot rest in place.

* Do not use if there is a rubber bushing.

6 Carriage bolt

5/16’’ n.c. x 3/4’’

Insert as shown.

7 Flange nut

5/16’’ n.c

Tighten firmly.

8 Plastic grommet Insert as shown.

9 Square head set

screw

5/16’’ n.c. x 1/2’’

Insert as shown.

Install handle support

Install the left & right braces (items 1 & 2) on each

side of the vehicle.

Install on the inside

3 Hex bolt

3/8’’ n.c. x 1‘’

(qty 4)

Insert the bolts as

shown (one inside

the other outside).

4 Nylon insert lock nut

Insert on the bolts as

shown.

Tighten firmly.

NOTE: Tighten firmly the hex. bolts (item 5) on both

sides.

Install the braces

For the 42’’ mower deck only: Remove the mower

deck stopper and keep in safe place.
